Q: Is there a possibility of getting a repeatable list field.
For example say I was producing a report of sensors that had been callibrated, a repeatable list would allow me to pass an array to generate 1 to N sensors in the document.

Yes - We have sections feature in templates. You can pass array of objects with different fields inside - each array item will be repeated with corresponding fields in the generated document.
It can even extend on multiple pages in output document if needed.
