Q: lifetime app?

I purchased Tier 1 and the description for Tier 1 says Lifetime Access with:
300 document generations/month
10 document templates
Unlimited pages & fields

However I just noticed my dashboard says "50 Documents /once
3 Templates".

How can we fix this?

A: We no longer offer LTD deals. However, if you purchased the code in the past, it’s possible that it hasn’t been redeemed yet. You can still redeem it in your account settings by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner.
