Are the templates user created or created by documentero? Malware can be injected into templates. How do you make sure there are no malware in your documents?

For security and compatibility reasons, our platform does not accept .docx or .xlsx templates that contain non-secure content such as macros, embedded objects, or external data connections. Every template uploaded to platform is processed before it can be used for document generation.

In Documentero, users have the ability to create their own templates and share them via a link to a form. Other users can then fill in the placeholders manually or populate the variables through tge provided API. To ensure security, all uploaded or shared templates are scanned and sanitized to prevent the inclusion of malicious code or malware before they are made available to others for download.
