Q: Why Can't I Change My Account Email Address?

Hello,

I purchased License 3 of this product and need to change my email address because the domain is no longer being renewed. I have contacted support via your chat and spoke to someone named Jered and he told me the following: "Hi. We don't have technical ability to change your account email as it is technical identifier. You need to create new account to use it with new email." Why would I need to create a whole new account and lose my plan just to change or update my email address?

A: This is valid. Email is unique account identifier in our platform and cannot be updated. Contact us on support email - we will figure out how to move your plan to new account effectively.
