I am happy to answer this for you. Our template engine relies on .docx format, no plans to allow PDF templates. We differ from Drag & Drop Fields over PDF Tools, offering more advanced features in terms of what and how it's injected into the document (not over it). Injected content (text, paragraphs, repeatable items, tables, images) expands/shifts content on the page and generates more pages if required. It allows you to create more consistent documents regardless of content length passed to the template.
