Hidden Gem to automate document creation.
I have another tool for this use case (cr...e), but this one is much simpler. It does not support signing documents electronically, bud I don´t need that.
You can easily create templates in Word with variables, conditional variables (to show/hide sections) and upload them.
Multiple documents then can be created loading information from a spreadsheet (haven´t tried this) and also from a form, which can be designed and shared through Documentero. This form can also have conditional fields.
The document created can be sent to certain email (up to 5 emails) and even to the person who filled the form after entering his/her email.
No need to use integration with Pabbly for the previous use case, since everything is included in Documentero; however, if needed, you can use Pabbly to integrate with more tools (also Zapier, Make).
