Currently DodgePrint does not support generating or customizing customer invoices. Invoices and receipts are typically handled directly by the marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop,...) where the transaction takes place.

The "Shipping Package Templates" feature in our system is strictly for data configuration (storing weight & dimensions) to calculate shipping rates on platforms; physical fulfillment and label generation are handled by your integrated suppliers (e.g., Printify, Merchize). However, for TikTok Shop, the system can retrieve the official shipping label from the platform to pass to your supplier.
