Great product, regular updates and a team that really listens
Overall it’s been a very positive experience. The support team was helpful and took the time to walk me through the main features. I’ve exchanged several emails with James, and it’s clear that he genuinely listens to user feedback and cares about improving the product.
I recently shared a few issues I ran into along the way, and based on our conversation, those items are being considered as a high priority. From a customer’s point of view, it feels good to use a product where the founder is actively engaged and thinking long term. I’m excited to see how the suggested features develop over the next few months, and based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Dodgeprint
