1)Is your shop suitable for selling digital services? i.e can I sell one time, monthly/annual services?
2)Can we generate discount coupons? Are there any options to auto generate a discount coupon and email to specific customers on a certain action or peroid of time?
3)Do you have plans to intergrate:
a)Zapier - is there an ETA on this?
b)Webhooks
c)Brevo Email Marketing
4)Can I embed a shop into an existing website using preferrably responsive html (or iframe)?
5)Are you a 'merchant of record' for UK tax?
6)API
a)Do you have programmable API like Lemon Squeezy?
b)Scenario: With some workarounds Lemon Squeezy can do 'meter/usage based billing' by connecting to Open AI key usage. Is this something that could be done with Dokan Cloud?

Q1: Is your shop suitable for selling digital services? For example, one-time, monthly, or annual services?
A: At the moment, you can sell digital products (such as downloadable files) and one-time payment digital services, but subscription-based digital services are not supported. We're exploring the possibility of adding support for services in future updates.
Q2: Can we generate discount coupons? Are there any options to auto-generate a discount coupon and email it to specific customers based on certain actions or after a certain time?
A: Yes, you can manually create discount coupons for your shop. However, auto-generation of coupons or sending them via email based on triggers (like actions or time-based rules) is not available at this time.
Q3: Do you have plans to integrate the following?
a) Zapier – Is there an ETA?
b) Webhooks?
c) Brevo Email Marketing (formerly Sendinblue)?
A:
a) Zapier – Not currently integrated. We are exploring this for the future, but there’s no estimated timeline yet.
b) Webhooks – Not available at the moment. We will introduce it within the next month.
c) Brevo – Not supported currently.
Q4: Can I embed my shop into an existing website using responsive HTML or an iframe?
A: No, embedding a shop using HTML or iframe is not supported at this time. Shops are hosted fully within the Dokan Cloud platform.
Q5: Are you the ‘Merchant of Record’ for UK tax purposes?
A: No, we are not the Merchant of Record. Each vendor is responsible for handling their own tax compliance, including VAT where applicable.
Q6: Do you offer an API like Lemon Squeezy?
A: Currently, we do not offer a public API like Lemon Squeezy. However, we do have plans to introduce API support very soon.
Q7: Can I use Dokan Cloud for usage-based billing by connecting it with something like OpenAI key usage (similar to what Lemon Squeezy supports)?
A: No, usage-based or metered billing is not supported right now. Since we don’t yet provide API access, such custom billing scenarios aren’t possible at this stage.
