Dokan Cloud supports both single-store and multi-vendor setups, depending on the pricing tier you're on. So yes, if you're on a multi-vendor tier, your main account can absolutely operate as a full marketplace with multiple vendors.

As for white labeling — we're currently offering a partially white-label solution. Fully white-label capabilities are on our roadmap as we continue to enhance the platform.
