In the 7th plan, when it says "10 marketplaces", it means you can create 10 separate, unique multivendor marketplaces, not just 10 vendors in a single marketplace.

Each marketplace is a standalone site where multiple vendors can sell their products. So, with this plan, you can manage and operate up to 10 different multivendor marketplaces under your account.
