Q: No existing support
It's been sitting in my cart for well over a month and it seems to me there is no support. I've been trying to contact them several times and nothing which worries me a lot. I wanted to ask some questions like API/webhook, native integrations, GDPR or if we can migrate "in easy way" from Shopify to DOKAN. Is there any support?

Support is quite slow, both on AppSumo and through their official channels. The chat support redirects our inquiries to a cloud support team, meaning it isn't equipped to handle Dokan cloud issues. With each exchange taking 4-5 days, our questions or problems can remain unresolved for days or even weeks. This is one critical area that need a significant improvement for Dokan Cloud's success.
Agree. They have never replied back to me so I gave up on this deal!
