1. What you charge is on top of what credit card processing charge?
When customers purchase products using a debit or credit card, the processing fee depends on the payment gateway. This fee is collected by the payment gateway and is not received by Dokan Cloud. Dokan Cloud deducts its charges from the total profit.

2. If you charging per transaction why charge for the cloud app?
Dokan Cloud charges a portion of the profit as a platform fee. If you purchase the app, which is a separate product, a subscription fee is required for the app. The commission is only applied to the Dokan Cloud website.

3. If we selling tickets 🎟 does your app sent the ticket to the buyer, provides control number for each ticket?
Currently, the ticket selling or ticket management option is unavailable to the Dokan Cloud.
