Before redeeming, I need to confirm exactly what's included in the AppSumo Pro tier (100 monitors / 100 domains):

Is cron job monitoring included in this tier? It's mentioned on your homepage under "Pro features" but not listed on the pricing page.
Is DNS monitoring (nameserver/DNS record change tracking) included? Same inconsistency — shown on homepage, missing from pricing page.
Could you list the specific caps per monitor type included in the 100 monitors (HTTP uptime, ping, port, keyword, blacklist, domain availability, cron, DNS)? I saw in other threads that some types have sub-limits (e.g. domain availability capped at 15).
