Q: I am not understand why we have to email and get our images 8 hours later.
Isn’t it all done via the app or server? What’s the processes like if i may ask?

I am playing around with the sample credits trying to have 2 images created, and it says that it will use 6 credits. I was under the impression that 1 image = 1 credit.
