Q: I am not understand why we have to email and get our images 8 hours later.
Isn’t it all done via the app or server? What’s the processes like if i may ask?

Images for ecommerce need perfection and the treatment needs much more than just removing the background. AI has limitations and can never be 100%. Therefore, each and every images goes through a human QC and corrections are done for a professional finish wherever needed. This results in a longer TAT. Otherwise, during the shoot you might have observed that the preview images are good enough to good enough to go online but we ensure that they go best. Our SLA is 24 hrs but most of the images are delivered before that. Please try the app and you'd find the wait worth it.
StarAlnilamYour deal package states that the credits issued is only once. So how many credits does it photos takes for u to clean it up and how much does it cost to purchase when we run out of credits?
