Once you get access to processed images, please try to use the templates for them. We can also provision that your templates get uploaded to your account in the Favorites section. Let me know.

If you are still not happy, we will refund the deal but I am sure you will like the final images. Instead of a background removal tool, our app provides professional ecommerce images.

P.S. for the templates to work great, please select appropriate sub-category and shoot when both the lines are green during the shoot.
