I use another App that helps create a portal for a contact or for a paying client. With that Client Portal we can send quotes, proposal, projects and turn contacts (prospects) into clients. If we get tier 5, can we create a Client Portal for all of our contacts, or am I not understanding how Doplac will help manage proposal, projects? 4 Days no reply?

From the Admin Side:
Services: You can create both one-time and recurring services for your agency and send them to your clients for payment collection.
Order Form: Create a custom order form to send to clients for payment collection.
Invoices: Generate custom invoices for both existing and previous clients.
Catalog: This feature allows you to list all your services on a catalog page. Clients can purchase services directly from this page.
Chat: You can chat directly with your paying clients.
From the Client Side:
When anyone purchases your services through a service link, order form, or invoice, they automatically receive client portal credentials. With this portal, your clients can:
>Check their order status.
>Access a catalog page to purchase additional services if they wish.
>Communicate directly with you via the chat option whenever needed.
Under Development Client Portal Features:
Proposal Builder: This tool will allow you to create proposals for clients and send them, including documents like agreements.
Invoice Builder: Customize invoices using preferred templates and send them to clients.
Client Portal Manual Access: You will have the ability to add clients manually and manage their access to the portal as needed.
Service Embedded: Embed your services on your website or any other page for easier access.
