Hi,
On your website, you mention "3 Live Chat", for example, but this isn't mentioned on AppSumo. Will we still benefit from the chat system? And what exactly does the number correspond to? Is it an implementation on only 3 sites? Or a limit of 3 simultaneous chat sessions across all sites where Live Chat has been implemented?

Great question! Let me clarify how the live chat feature works across the different tiers.
Of course, our AppSumo users will benefit from the live chat system based on the limits.
Here are the live chat limits for AppSumo tiers.
Tier 1: 1 Live Chat
Tier 2: 2 Live Chat
Tier 3: 3 Live Chat
Tier 4: 6 Live Chat
Tier 5: 10 Live Chat
For each tier, the number mentioned (e.g., "3 Live Chat") refers to the number of websites you can implement live chat on, not the number of simultaneous chat sessions. So, for **Tier 1** on AppSumo, you can use live chat on 1 website, **Tier 2** on 2 websites, and so on. This allows you to have multiple implementations of live chat across different websites you manage.
Regardless of the number of websites, there are no limitations on the number of simultaneous chat sessionsāmeaning you can handle multiple chats at once across your sites.
