Doplac - Plus Exclusive Reviews

There's too many bugs, and I really would like to have a refund. It's been too long without a decent fix for various problems. It's almost unusable to track a project in Kanban, can't add multiple tasks or jobs and link to the same client, etc. It was the one software I bought a Tier 5 for my agency, and I am really disappointed.

Its been an year I purchased Doplac and till now there has been no major updates on Automations. Yes, few minor updates where made but there are bugs on the system. I reached out to them as my calendar booking system was not working. They said they will check and get back to me on August 28th but since then I reached out to them multiple times but they have been ghosting me. The automation feature is still not functional. Reseller system is live but can only integrate with Stripe and for people from India Stripe does not work. No integrations yet for RazorPay or Paypal. Really disappointing. Is there a way to get the refund? I trusted them and waiting for a year after purchasing the highest tier to get the reseller feature but now since they are ghosting me I am regretting my decision and not sure what to do!!

CRM is about people. Doplac has done an excellent job with customer support. If this deal comes back for 'Cyber Monday' I recommend jumping on board - the team at Doplac has demonstrated to me that they really care; and that is what customer relationships is all about - caring.

The Doplac team is on it... offering tons of features in this all-in-one deal. I had a tiny issue with website mobile view, but Tanzil was very nice, polite and gave me confidence as he contacted me back immediately with multiple question I had, explaining they’re sorting it out and it will be fixed shortly.

📱 I have found several CRMs out there, even pricey ones, slip up there too. Doplac has web hooks, nice CMS builder website & blog, email marketing, social media posting, and so much more - all packed in. Only thing I miss is a phone feature & website templates.
I ask about these, and if I'm not mistaken Tanzil said this will be added soon🤞. Tanzil is first class 🏆

Doplac has a great UI and is laid out quite nicely. The documentation could be some better in some of the sections, such as videos walking someone through a custom SMTP setup, where to get the information from at their hosting provider.

The website section could be a bit better. Rather than just having text only modules, perhaps modules in which a person could have a combination of text and a right or left justified image where the text wraps around the image would make it a bit better. Also, the ability to define page specific SEO information would be good.
