Doplac support is ghosting me for more than 4 months
Its been an year I purchased Doplac and till now there has been no major updates on Automations. Yes, few minor updates where made but there are bugs on the system. I reached out to them as my calendar booking system was not working. They said they will check and get back to me on August 28th but since then I reached out to them multiple times but they have been ghosting me. The automation feature is still not functional. Reseller system is live but can only integrate with Stripe and for people from India Stripe does not work. No integrations yet for RazorPay or Paypal. Really disappointing. Is there a way to get the refund? I trusted them and waiting for a year after purchasing the highest tier to get the reseller feature but now since they are ghosting me I am regretting my decision and not sure what to do!!
How can I get the refund since the app is not working and the support is unresponsive?
