Why I’m Reconsidering My Investment in Doplac
After multiple attempts to engage in meaningful dialogue about critical features, I have received no response from Mansurul, the Doplac CEO . This complete silence over the past two weeks has made it clear that customer communication is not a priority for Doplac, especially concerning paid customers who invested in your highest tier package.
While the product shows potential, the approach to customer service has been disappointing. The lack of response to multiple follow-up emails about essential features has forced me to reevaluate my decision to invest in Doplac. I cannot recommend a service where basic customer inquiries go unanswered, leading me to request a refund through AppSumo for my Tier 5 package purchase.
I hope this feedback helps improve your customer service approach for future clients. Sometimes, a simple acknowledgment can make all the difference.

I have responded to all emails received from our users and forwarded them to our team to ensure no messages are missed. You are the only person who has sent multiple emails regarding Arabic multilingual support, which unfortunately we are unable to consider at this time. While we recognize the value this feature could bring to our CRM, implementing Arabic language support requires significant time and effort, which is not possible for us currently.
A team member has also spoken with you to explain why this isn't possible right now. We hope you understand our position and consider revising your review if possible.
