I attempted to generate an image using 25 credits and a command to build websites 235 credits used, but the result was a “Failed” request for a refund.
Poor Vetting from Appsumo, Half baked product, time wastage
Half-baked product. Purchased Tier 3 and used it two times; more than half of my credits are gone and nothing was produced. Both the times, it failed.

Yes, we understand you experienced an issue generating the website. We fixed a small bug in the new release and pushed an update. We request that you try the ecosystem again
Generates some nice videos. That is pretty much it. Everything failed. Basically a weekend vibe coded project gone wrong.

It's supposed to be "simple" but it's more buggy than anything. Got tier 3 plan, wasted 1k credits with 2 prompts and both failed to generate a site.

This is BETA software and far from ready for professional use.
The UI is far from standard, and the server gets overloaded every time I try to use it.
I bought Tier 3—but you can't actually create a website because the interface is totally crazy. You get stuck after just 2 minutes. Just some nice videos—that's all.

The presets is definately beta stage, as per the website it doesn't get stuck after 2 mins in our help center we have mentioned website takes approximately 5-8 mins depends on your internet connection, if you can raise a support request we'll help you understand the ecosystem getting on a zoom/meet call for your supprt

Great idea, poor execution
