Disappointing
Purchased this software over the weekend and on first look, tested it across multiple browsers this is what I found:
- Simple things like profile picture image are broken
- No proper navigation controls in the dashboard area
- Preview templates do not display the preview images
- If you try to go back and create a template after looking at pre-built templates it crashes
- Help/documentation is a dead link
- The editor looks like it has potential, but again, buggy. Simple things like the undo action button just don't work.
This is just what I have found so far. I'm surprised this software was released on Appsumo as it clearly hasn't been through QA and is, at best, in early-stage development and not a production-ready product. Dragit was released on November 2020 and I'm surprised these issues haven't been picked up. The last software update was August 2022 according to the changelog so I'm not sure if this is in active development or will be abandoned.

1/ Profile pictures seem to be working fine, could your reach us at george@dragit.io to provide more info on what is not working?
2/ What do you mean by "no proper navigation on the dashboard area", what would you want to see/have there that would make more sense to you?
3/ Images are showing correctly in preview mode. If you are using a placeholder for images, we recommend using a normal image to design the template and then replacing it with placeholders. We have a placeholder image on our timeline so it will come in future updates.
4/ You currently cannot go back after choosing the pre-made templates, although you can refresh the page without saving and it will show again to choose a different pre-made template
5/ We invested time into documentation, at the beginning of this year and we had so much trouble with the provider that we decided to redo all of it again. So it is temporarily unavailable
6/ If would help us to know exactly what bugs you faced, so we can improve based on your feedback. The Undo/Redo button is tested and works as expected, in case you provide more details on what seems not to work for you, we can look into it.
