Built email templates for my service desk using Dragit as a base. The fact that you can export the HTML and then I can drop in template tags and update the emails -- super super nice.

This was a product that paid for itself on day one for me. I've made HTML emails in the past and they suuuuuccckkkkeeeeddd to make manually. I'm never going back!
