Will the deal include Pages, Websites, Popups, and Forms once they become available, or are they excluded?

This is not set, yet. This offer now includes an Email Editor that can be also used as Page Editor (The Email Editor generates HTML so it can be also used for landing pages).
The new editors are still in early making so it is too soon to tell.

Thank you for your response. Please decide quickly, as many others also have the same question and will make their choice based on it. If those features are included when launch, I'm in. Otherwise, I already have a system with a good email designer that meets my needs.
