Q: To be honest - DRAWtify is great.
I compared a few tools to DRAWtify (trakto, glorify, picmaker and marketplace-the-graphics-creator-online) and I have to say DRAWtify has me by far the most excited.
I plan to use it for presentation graphics and concepts and learning materials in the form of infographics.
Some of those tools are very simple to get results quickly - but also very limited in results. Other tools are very complex and require a lot of learning time.
DRAWtify is the optimal compromise for me: The templates are really extensive and there is something for every purpose. The customization of the templates is easy. The editor is clear and also allows very clever changes.
AND it is one of the few designers that work with vector graphics and support an export in SVG format.
This allows even quite versatile applications such as creating impressive presentations with "Sozi" (similar to what you know from Prezi).
I have been playing with a free account for the last few days and the following questions....
❓ Is there actually a documentation where you can read the individual functions?
❓ can you create templates yourself?
❓ are there keyboard shortcuts and if so, are they documented somewhere?
❓ you can't test the animation in the free version, is there a documentation where you can read how it works?
❓ Is there an eraser function or even better the possibility to "erase" the underlying area with certain shapes like with an eraser - so that a transparent area is created there?
❓ Is it correct that you can "cut out" images with the shape of an icon, but you don't have this possibility with self-generated elements?
So for example, I can cut out the face from an image circular, but if I designed a logo from basic shapes, I can't do the same?
❓ I have seen that there are different grid types - but you can't show guides - can you?
If not, are some of those features planned?

May 15, 2024A: Hi
1. Here is our documents for functions introduce: https://docs.drawtify.com/
2. Did you mean create a template and share to others? Actually, it supports on technical, but we don't make it yet. We're making a sharing folder function to let users share and co-work on a design.
3. I will ask developers make a shortcut list for users.
4. When you select an object, you can find "Animator" and "Play" button at the top toolbar. You also can add animation for an object and play it, or even export under free version.
5. I'm sorry, there is no erase tool on drawtify.com
6. For image, you can use a path to cut or make a mask on it. For shapes or any paths, when you select multiple path, you can use path combine tools to unite, subtract, intersect, exclude, divide them. Find tools on the second tools bar at the top, or right-click on paths.
7. Find the "Settings" button at the Right-top corner, then choose "Grid" or anything else for Grid type to show guidelines.
