Q: Two questions: 1.
Does this program have the ability to easily design and review repeating patterns (now or in the future)?
2. How does Drawtify compare to Photoshop Elements?

1. Yes, it support repeating patterns at now. You can select an image and set to fill, then open the fill panel, change to color - image, choose "tile" and change image scale value.
2. Drawtify is a vector graphic editor, I think better to compare to illustrator.
