I host supabase on my servers. Supabase self hosted does not come with email templates. I do it by using AI and Resend. The only thing I don't do is marketing.
In my case I have to put the email templates url on yaml or it fails because Supabase default sustem for email is unreliable. How do I do email marketing here? Where are the templates? Can we build ours? Do we send from our domain? Why $400 to remove branding? Do you have examples of the branding you use on lower tiers

Since you are self-hosting Supabase, you can select the "Postgres" option during onboarding to connect your database. Then, you can simply chat with the AI to build any workflow you want - from transactional based on database events, to one-off broadcasts, to recurring notifications. The AI will setup everything end to end for you.
> Where are the templates? Can we build ours?
You can create your own brandkit which helps guide the AI in giving you an onbrand template. But you can always drop down into the raw HTML if you'd like to edit and manage the template yourself.
> Do we send from our domain?
Yes. We provide a default shared sender but it comes from the Dreamlit domain and it's limited to 100 emails per month (to protect us against abuse).

The lower tiers have branding to help support Dreamlit's growth and brand awareness.
