Q: Replying to emails/support
Let’s say a user signs up to my app. They get a welcome email. And then they have a question about a feature perhaps. Can a workflow be set up for support to answer user questions and reply back?
In my app I have a contact us with support If a user sends an email can it act like customer support

Jan 2, 2026A: Dreamlit is optimized for outbound at the moment. It's on the roadmap to be able to support inbox functionality (including setting up forwarding if you'd like) - but currently you cannot setup a workflow to handle inbound/replies.
Of course you can still set a reply-to in the email you send and manage your own inbox for your email domain however you'd like.
