Q: Unable to Access My Account
Dear Support Team,
I can’t log into my account. I bought your product through AppSumo using this same email. When I try to sign in, I get this error:
"We're having a problem logging you in. Please retry later. TypeError: Cannot read properties of
(reading 'status')"
I also tried resetting my password, but I never receive the reset email. Messages sent through your support section don’t go through, and when I email your listed address, it bounces back saying the address doesn’t exist.
Please help me restore access .
