I have two suggestions:
1. Could you add a feature to the candidates database for sourced candidates (not applicants) found through LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
2. This feature would benefit from a Chrome extension that allows us to add ideal prospects to a list of jobs we’re sourcing for. These candidates can then be enriched using third-party email enrichment tools and pushed to a cold emailing tool via API.
This would be extremely helpful for recruiting businesses that struggle to get enough applicants. They often need to source candidates such as software engineers, lawyers, and nurses.

One thing already planned that's related to this is being able to import candidates manually and in bulk via CSV.
I hope this gets implemented. We rely very much on sourcing and this would definitely enhance Dropboard as an ATS.
A good example of chrome extension would be the surfe.com extension that integrates with different enrichment tools and email verifiers. Sourcing & reaching out to candidates is extremely time consuming. This would save a lot of time for recruiters.
