This product is insane. Like seriously, it is absolutely bonkers in HOW AMAZING IT IS.

I'm going to cut to the chase. If you are a Recruiting Agency, a Recruiter, or just the HR guy in your business, you NEED this product. There are a LOT of HR/staffing SaaS products that come through AppSumo, but this one does everything so beautifully with its whitelabeling that I would say this is a market leader for anything under an Enterprise level solution.

This was JUST the solution that significantly improved the professionality of my staffing website. Dropboard creates a cohesive portal that lists jobs beautifully and easily, and allows client companies to log in and make posts/edits as they see fit. I can't express enough how much this product will change your hiring processes.

I work in recruitment (consulting, I don't recruit). It means I spend a lot of time reviewing applicants, but the way they are set to me is laborious. I get zip files with a CSV and a bunch of applications. I have wanted a way to use an ATS that wasn't extra time consuming.

Colin is an incredible founder. His youtube videos are thorough, transparent af and genuinely helpful. I have contacted him multiple times, via youtube comments, email and even on the AS question page here for his product. He's really invested in this, and he is so genuine.

I explained my pain point re uploading bulk candidates, and I am not suggesting he made the recent update for me, but I can tell you right now I will be using it!!

I know how much other products cost - 'jobadder', 'e-recruit' etc. Even at the monthly subscription rate, this is so much better in terms of cost to benefit ratio. Like erecruit and job-adder might send text message updates or whatever the heck to candidates, but honestly that's such a small thing in comparison to usability and convenience that they lack in being clunky products. The UI on dropboard is flawless. The learning curve was small. I haven't used it to its full potential yet, because I have been busy with work, but I actually can't wait to implement this for my business and encourage my clients to purchase it (I have the recruiter level tier, but he deserves the buy-in and I only plan to use the client features on smaller companies that likely can't afford it, but for the government agencies I work with - I will strongly be pushing for them to consider changing over to dropboard).

Anyway, this is a long one - if you've stuck with me this far and you deal with recruitment, Dropboard is a gamechanger.

As a small business consultancy, it has proven difficult to find and engage with the right kind of job seekers to join the company and drive our company's success.

Dropboard has exponentially improved my ability to advertise roles easily and, more importantly, not frustrate my potential employees with needless re-entry of their CV data. The job seeker reviews my job advertisement. If they like, then they simply click, upload, and submit, and I'm notified immediately, with their CV as a PDF that I can review and respond to immediately - 5 minutes for both our efforts. This streamlining of the process and deep consideration of the job-seeker's perspective works very well on both my side and theirs, which is extremely important.

So, whilst I recognize there's still some work to be done, I'm excited to see where the product journey goes, and Dropboard is as advertised and delivers on its promises.
