Clean, fast and very powerful!
Dropboard is a fantastic tool, very simple and effective.
During the configuration I had some problems due to the use of Wordpress plugins that optimize the page loading speed. After adjusting the exclusion rules it works perfectly on desktop and mobile.
The application UX/UI is extraordinary and very intuitive. I think it has a promising future.
As a user of similar HR tools, here are my suggestions:
Publish each ad automatically on largest job boards. This functionality is crucial and the main benefit of other tools like Manatal, Recooty, Teamtailor, etc. That alone justifies paying for these tools. Although there are hundreds of job boards, in my experience a few are relevant. LinkedIn is by far the most useful integration, followed by Talent, Jooble, Monster and Google Jobs.
Include a checkbox in the form to accept the privacy policy when sending the resume.
WYSIWYG editor. At least being able to add bold text would be very useful to highlight the main benefits of the job offer.
Image gallery in custom section. For some cases, the possibility of including images can be decisive in the interest of candidates and is a feature that few job boards have.
Options to sort the listing. Currently the offers appear in alphabetical order. It would be great to have the ability to sort them by publication date or manually to anchor the highlighted ones on top.
Email template for candidates who are discarded.
Dropboard is a promising tool and I wish it great success. 5 tacos!!
