I bought the second tier, hoping for some eventual improvements. To my surprise, I wrote, and Colin himself answered the same day. He was very open to suggestions, and in a few days, all my suggestions were live in an update. Now you can translate the labels on the boards, so everything looks very professional and company-branded. Hopefully, Dropboard keeps getting better and evolving.
