I would like to ask two questions:
1) if I purchase tier 5, what will be the additional cost so that I can use my own cloned voice? And how this functionality will work in tier 5;
2) I can upload an mp3 file and receive the transcription in Word format? (my goal is to use the file for training a bot - I don't intend to use it as subtitles, so if it has the standard subtitle numbering, it will hinder the bot's knowledge).
