Q: Hi Support, Bought Dubverse with high hopes but encountered the following issues: 1) When we dub in other ...
languages, the speed of the dubbed audio for certain portion became very fast - totally unnatural"
2) The subtitles had too many lines -some up to 4-5 lines for certain segments
3) Could not find any tutorials at all how to re-sync and to break up the subtitles
Is there any support email to arrange for a Zoom mtg or tutorial to show how to edit the re-dubbed output? Otherwise, will have to ask for a refund. Tks.

Answering your questions point wise
1. When we dub in other languages, the speed of the dubbed audio for certain portion became very fast - totally unnatural
Something that is 10 words in English might be, say, 15 words in Spanish. To keep the video sync same, we speed up that segment by a factor of 1.5, hence the faster speeds. We have an alternative method where we speed up / slow down the video, keeping the audio speed the same. Please email friends@dubverse.ai to get this enabled on your account.
That being said, we are working on translation length control, that would translate the 10 words in English to 10 words in Spanish or any language, getting rid of the sync issue overall.
2. The subtitles had too many lines -some up to 4-5 lines for certain segments
There's a minor bug that we are resolving. If you download the subtitles as a SRT file from the output page, you'll see they are neatly broken down into 8-10 words.
3. Could not find any tutorials at all how to re-sync and to break up the subtitles. Is there any support email to arrange for a Zoom mtg or tutorial to show how to edit the re-dubbed output?
