Q: I just tried to fix my subtitles as many of those were saying - [Subtitles Powered by Dubverse.

ai] instead of the word spoken on the video at that time.

While trying to fix it, it's taking me to the 'Redraft' section, where I can change the subtitle, but how will I do that if I can't see the video that's happening at that time. YT shows the video playing while I can change it.

A: Hi adi_das,

Thank you for your interest in Dubverse!

Please note:
1. The [Subtitles Powered by Dubverse.ai] masking only appears in the Trial and Freemium plans of the product, and Pro or LTD user will get videos that do not have this masking.
2. Meanwhile if you are trying to simulate the Trial experience, you could play the video in the Resync mode of the Studio and modify it in the Redraft mode. To do this, you can open the Studio in two different tabs and work together.

Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions!

You could play the video in the Resync mode of the Studio and modify it in the Redraft mode. To do this, you can open the Studio in two different tabs and work together.

> It would be quite tough to pause something on this page and then go back there to see what was there on the tab, and write it down and then again go to another page to play it. Why not just let us change the subtitles from re-sync or add the video part on the re-draft page, that's how most online subtitlers work.

Also do you have a 'Feature Requests' page?

That's a great suggestion, adi_das. We can see how this approach would be challenging.

We are working on revamping our Studio as we speak and will incorporate your suggestion to allow editing and listening concurrently.

Please let us know if you have any further feedback.
