Q: I tested it with my own dutch voice and it was able to 99,9% dare I say 100% perfect dub to english and to another dutch voice.
Here are some questions and suggestions:
1) When registering the password acceptance field did not see the dot and comma as a special symbol. PLEASE do a hover tooltip above the text that states "more then 8 characters...." and let that hover tooltip inform the user what special symbols are...
This was really annoying.
2) Suggestion: Give the option to upload an m4a or mp3 or wav, just for testing purposes or even just add those formats as they are very useful, the m4a comes directly from a smartphone (at least in my case, where I used my smartphone as an microphone).
3) Where do I choose for a VOICE dub only, it now did a VOICE dub + SUB, I do not want subs. It costs credits to do a SUB.
4) I wasn't impressed by the dutch voice overs, I do not know if you can have GERRIT from GOOGLE and/or MAARTEN from AZURE in the future? But some of them where alright and usable.
5) Suggestion: After the user clicks the final "dub" button which initiates the dubbing THEN immediately (or after a few seconds) auto navigate to the page that shows the dubs. Also AUTO-reload the currently-being-dubbed video so the thumbnail shows that the dub is done. It puzzled me a bit when I pressed the dub button and the page did notify I could continue with something else still I was conflicted with the idea that I might somehow "break" the initiated dub-process. Forcing the navigate back and showing in more visual friendly way that the video is being dubbed takes away the doubt.
It might be even more friendly if you showed a progress-bar on the video-tiles that are being dubbed.
6) I was really impressed by JOSH (USA) voice, but it was a premium voice, does this voice come with this lifetime subscription?
7)Suggestion: Let users rate a voice did might seem strange but when I select a voice from another country I would like to know what native speakers would see as the "best" voice. I for example from the Netherlands would choose: Deman, Evelien or Saskia, mind you though they are not the absolute best, but given the selection I have at my disposal I would choose one of those three. Now imagine this, someone from another country needs a dutch voice over and now immediately can see what voice is regarded as the "best" to choose (Deman, Evelien or Saskia).
8) Does a dub respect the voice-pauzes the user provided in the original video.
Example, I say "test [3 sec pause] 123", does the dub then respect that pause?
It seemed to do so in my test but I want to be sure.
Thank you

Answer: Feedback taken, we would improve this with the next release

Answer: A lot of people have asked us for the same and we would be bringing this to the product soon. That being said, we are prioritising items based on the roadmap.
Where do I choose for a VOICE dub only, it now did a VOICE dub + SUB, I do not want subs. It costs credits to do a SUB.
Answer: When you go for dubbing, you get subtitles in that language as well. They are incluced in the 4 credits / minute of dub.

Answer: Thank you for your feedback. We do have Maarten from Azure under Dutch (Netherlands) with the name “Anton”. That being said, we are working on integrating ElevenLabs voices with the product which would be better than your regular Azure / GCP voices.

Answer: This absolutely makes sense. We do need some work on the UX front. This would be picked up in the coming design sprints
I was really impressed by JOSH (USA) voice, but it was a premium voice, does this voice come with this lifetime subscription?
Answer: YES! Josh and all other premium speakers (current + future) would be included in the appsumo LTD.
Note: got over the word limit, replying to other questions in another comment :D

Answer: We already have something like this in the works. Thank you for the feedback (:

Answer: This generally works. We would be adding word-level timestamps to the projects going forward which would make this even better. If you need more control, you can always adjust the timestamps in the Redraft mode on studio.
That was some solid feedback - would love to get on a call with you to understand your workflows, etc. Will patch you to the Product Lead directly.
