Disappointing
My very first experience: all 5 videos that I wanted to have dubbed failed to process. Of course I connected with the support which after 24h told me: "There must be something wrong with your videos!". These were just standard Youtube videos.
I did then get some videos "dubbed" but the speed of the voices is inconsistent and ridiculously sped up at times that you cannot use it. You then have to manually try to change speeds for the parts that are too fast, but their editor is sooo clunky and not intuitive at all.
Also, this does not have any kind of autogenerative tool to try to make a dub using your own voice, like the competition from "heygen" has.
Overall, so far this has been a big disappointment.

Your observations regarding the translation of the voice issue are indeed intriguing. For instance, if 10 words spoken in English translate into 30 words in Japanese, an issue of maintaining sync arises, resulting in the video speed being increased and the voices sounding inconsistent. This is, however, something that can be rectified in our studio. We are also currently testing a feature where we maintain a constant voice speed while adjusting the video speed.
