I bought tier 1 and used the tool for subtitles only. So my reviews is only about subtitles. Overall, the tool is good, pretty accurate, but some improvement could be made.
First, the tool automatically translates the content of the video you upload in English, and then in the target language, which causes a few mistakes in the input language, especially in conjugations and gender, since they are none in English, it's often going to make mistakes when translating in French or Spanish for example.
Second, it would be great to be able to edit input subtitles before translating them into other languages, so that mistakes could be avoided on every output subtitles. I had to correct the same mistakes on subtitles in English and Spanish of the same video because I wasn't able to edit them before creating them.
And, they are a few mistakes here and there, bad segmentation, some parts not translated, etc..
But, it already helped me save a lot of time, and I'm sure they're going to improve the tool and correct these mistakes soon.
I would definitely give it a five tacos then !
