Before getting involved with dubverse, you should be aware that the version level is 0.73 - so anyone expecting a mature flagship product here is definitely wrong. The investment (and thus the limits of the different tiers) should rather be seen in the long term.

The interface has problems in many places - this starts with the fact that an automatically generated password with 32 characters (incl. special characters and numbers) is not accepted, instead of being able to change the password in the system, you need the reset function, the team sharing has bugs, the interface is rather untidy in many places, there are no set and reset rights and a delete function for videos is missing. All this is unpleasant ... but will probably be fixed, maybe with the next launch of the interface all this will be eliminated.

Ultimately, the product is about the functions to equip videos with other languages. Here, too, the interface currently often gets in the way; you have a great setting for one video when designing subtitles and are surprised that it doesn't look the same for the next video, even though all the settings - superficially - are the same. Transferring the settings or more extensive presets would make sense here.

What I stumbled upon the most is the issue of speaker selection: I had initially thought that this was just about pitch and similar parameters, but then I realized that there is an AI personality behind each selection. If a selection has problems with the pronunciation of a word, punctuation or awkward pauses, it doesn't mean that this is the case in the whole product - just choose another speaker and these problems are gone (and others are there for them :)).

In planning, we currently have dubverse as a building block in preparation for tasks due to the European Accessibility Act 2025 ... and to be able to have teams working on it, I have now purchased several T1 accounts. So I'm betting less on what dubverse can do today ... but rather on how much work it will make easier for me in the future.
