OTP Issue - No Proper Customer Support

The WhatsApp OTP feature in Dukaan stores is not functioning as expected. I reported this issue 8 months ago, but it still remains unresolved and there wasn't any response regarding that even after multiple emails. Typically, Dukaan stores, especially in India, send OTPs via SMS for login. If the SMS delivery fails, customers are offered the option to receive the OTP via WhatsApp. However, when users select this WhatsApp OTP option, no OTP is actually sent, even though the dashboard shows "WhatsApp OTP sent successfully." This issue affects all Dukaan stores, and you can confirm this by testing it on any Dukaan demo site or even your own store—it simply doesn’t work. As a result, customers are forced to rely entirely on a stable network connection to receive OTPs via SMS, limiting their ability to log in when SMS delivery fails.

So, if you're running a store built with Dukaan, be aware that the WhatsApp OTP feature will not function properly, despite what the dashboard indicates. If this issue is resolved, I will change the rating to 5. I also feel like they gonna be shutting down soon as their roadmap has nothing and no updates for the past 9 months. Please update your changelog properly if there is an update.

Apart from that rest things are fine.

Full disappointed ...

No RoadMap,no updates wait for 2 years still the same only design Changed.
after purchase, i can't start selling because of the checkout option
the customer has to fill zip code and pin code, the fill is required.
if I boost on FB sales boost cost per sales is higher ..
another pain is only 1 shipping rules. and they will never add this.
it's in enterprise package so at the end of the day you will get only design.
I just love the design only..Dukaan can be a big product buy I am sure they can't manage the product ..
what the client wants..

Is it possible to change the translated text in e.g. buttons and checkout?

Is it possible to change the translations on buttons and in checkout? Some of the languages are lacking a lot of native translations - e.g. I am working on a store in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish, but the translations are lacking.

Dukaan has real promise.. but the way the team is approaching this deal makes it very avoidable..

Pros-

1)Dukaan has all the required features to set up physical and digital products shop(s) for sale.
-- No where near Shopify in terms of features, but good for beginners,esp for a LTD.

2)Very fast load times!

But, these alone are not sufficient to justify the price of the deals in higher tiers! [For those who need multiple ecommerce shops.]

--Ignoring valid questions in the Questions thread.

I have repeatedly asked them to clarify regarding - bandwidth and resources usage allowed per Dukaan Shop, that is considered the upper limit by them ? "fair usage".

The reason being, without this knowledge, I do not know how much bandwidth usage per month is within their fair usage policy.

I also wanted to know what are the bandwidth limits on digital downloads per month, if any?

These are fair questions, especially if you are planning to buy a higher more expensive tier, for setting up multiple shops.

But when I posted the same question 3 times in the questions thread and I see they all went unanswered, it raises questions as to why the team is avoiding this question?

Please be more forthcoming and transparent.
I have Tier 3, and I want answers to my questions, please.
