We support 15+ integrations along with MCP support. With Dume AI, you can also create custom workflows tailored to your needs.
2) How do we contact support (ticket, chat)?
Chat support is always available in the app (bottom-right corner). You can also create a ticket, and weāll resolve it within 12 hours.
3) Do unused credits roll over month to month?
No unused credits do not rollover
4) Is there a daily message limit for LTD plans?
Every tier has limit of 100,200,300 messages daily. To keep our systems healthy and fair usage for all users. If you require more message limits daily you can reach out to us we'll sure help you out
5) Whatās the maximum file upload size?
10MB.
6) Which LLM model powers Dume AI?
A: Dume AI uses a mix of different AI models depending on the query. This ensures you always get the best resultsāwhether itās summarization, reasoning, sentiment analysis, or workflow automation.
7) Why canāt other LLM models use MCP and built-in integrations?
Some compatibility issues currently exist. Weāre working on fixes, and soon most models will support MCP.
8) Does MCP usage (e.g., Composio) always imply extra costs?
Composio provides its own MCP servers at an added cost. However, youāre free to use any MCP server, including many official remote servers available for free.
9) Do you plan to offer a library of preset MCP servers (like ConsoleX)?
Yes. Weāre continuously adding official, QA-tested remote MCP servers, available in the Integrations tab.
10) Are Webhooks and API access included in LTD plans?
Not at the moment. Currently, API access isnāt available on any plan. However, we do plan to add it in the futureāand LTD users will definitely get access once itās released.
11) Do you plan to integrate WhatsApp?
Yes! WhatsApp integration is on our roadmap and will be added soon.
12) When will the credit usage structure be clarified and published?
