Every session is in fact a permanent session that you can use repeatedly. My personal meeting room that I use I have used the same link for the last 12 months. You don\u0027t need to set it in the future, a past link will also work (my tip on setting this in the future you may have seen is was purely so the session sits at the top of my dashboard). Whats I actually do is have my meeting room link as a bookmark in my browser, so one click and I\u0027m in, as I use it all day.
