Hi Dynal Team,
I have three quick questions:
AI Learning: Beyond the initial LinkedIn sync, does Dynal learn from my manual edits to drafts? Should I feed my 'best' edited posts back into Knowledge Sources to refine my voice, or does it track my preferences automatically?
Knowledge Strategy: Since I haven't added sources yet, is it better to upload long-form docs for context, or my should I be uploading my 'best' past LinkedIn posts as examples of my ideal style?
Bulk Exports: I use Ocoya for multi-channel scheduling. Downloading AI Generated carousel images one-by-one is slow. Are Bulk Downloads or a Zapier/Webhook integration on the roadmap to push content directly to other tools?

AI Learning: At the moment, Dynal doesn’t automatically learn from your manual edits to drafts. If you want to reuse your best posts long-term, we recommend adding the patterns you like to BrandDNA (Voice), where you can guide Dynal on structure, tone, and content. If it’s mainly about tone, Custom Tone is also worth trying.
Knowledge Strategy: We recommend uploading long-form documents as knowledge sources first. They’re best for adding background and context.
Bulk Exports: Thanks for the suggestion. We’ve logged the request for bulk downloads and will consider it as we plan future updates. We don’t have an ETA to share yet.
