What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
Our team has been in SaaS and ecommerce for years, building tools for e-commerce, design, and communication as well as running our own ecommerce stores. Some ideas took off while others failed to find product-market fit. Each iteration taught us what matters most: solving real daily pains for businesses instead of chasing “cool features.” Dynamic Mockups is the result of years of working with POD and e-commerce sellers and experiencing those struggles firsthand.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
Five years ago, I was running my own POD marketplace. We had incredible sellers - talented designers creating amazing products. But here's what killed me: watching these creative entrepreneurs spend 6-8 hours a weel photographing and editing product images for a single listing.
The worst part? After all that work, the photos still looked amateur. One seller literally told me: 'I'm losing to competitors with worse designs because their product photos look more professional.'
I tried everything. Connected them with photographers - too expensive at $500+ per shoot. Recommended existing mockup tools - they were built for agencies, not POD sellers. The tools required design expertise our sellers didn't have, and couldn't handle the technical requirements for print-ready dimensional accuracy.
That's when the lightbulb went off. These sellers didn't need another design tool. They needed infrastructure - like AWS for product photography. Push a button, get professional photos that actually drive sales.
I shut down the marketplace and spent the next 2 years building with 50 POD sellers. Not asking what features they wanted, but watching them struggle. Timing their workflows. Tracking their abandoned carts. Understanding why buyers weren't converting.
The insight was simple but powerful: In the age of AI-generated everything, the product photo is the last line of defense for quality. It's what separates a $5 Temu knockoff from a $30 premium product. And right now, 6 million POD sellers don't have access to that defense.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Problem: Creating quality product photos is slow, repetitive, and expensive.
Solution: Upload your design once, and instantly generate multiple professional, customizable mockups at scale, connect to your store and increase your sales.
