Q: Downloads and credits question

Hello

Im looking at T3 and had a couple of questions.

What does "unlimited manual downloads" refer to? Does that just mean that when I create a mockup I can download it over and over? I guess I would have assumed that to be the case anyways but wanted some clarification in case I was misunderstanding.

On another questions you stated that other parameters don't affect credit usage. What are the parameters you are referring to?

If I create a mockup of me jumping on a trampoline (example) and I have a graphic on a tshirt, that mockup is saved indefinitely? If I want to use the same picture but with a different graphic, does that costs me another credit? Or does using the same mockup but with different elements considered a new mockup or fall within the parameters of not affecting credit usage?

Is NSFW supported? or risque material?

A: Hey,

Since we offer a bulk download option, you can add hundreds of artwork and color variations to a single mockup and download them all at once. This bulk download uses credits. However, if you choose to download each image manually, one by one, it doesn’t cost any credits, which is why we refer to that as unlimited manual downloads.

When you add one or more artworks to a mockup, you can freely move, resize, and adjust them as much as you like. When you’re ready to download, you’ll see options such as image size and format, and just to clarify, these parameters (for example, 1000px vs. 5000px, or JPG vs. PNG) do not affect credit usage.

For example, if you create a mockup of yourself jumping on a trampoline and add a graphic to your shirt, that setup will automatically be saved as a template containing your artwork. You can return to it anytime to continue editing. You can add multiple graphics, adjust their position, rotation, size, and fit mode, change the shirt color, tweak highlights and shadows, or even apply the graphic as a pattern, all completely free until you decide to download the final images.

There are no NSFW limitations in the app itself, but we can enable restrictions upon request for API users.
