Q: Clarification on Features and roadmap
Hi Yacef,
I've explored the application and noticed the effort put into Dynosend. Despite the mixed reviews, I'm interested! Kindly clarify a few more points:
1. Multiple Web Forms for Single Audience? Not seen it on the App.
2. Updating Custom Fields of existing contact via Forms?
3. Resubscription of Unsubscribed Contacts via web Form?
4. May the unsubscribe scope be restricted to audience / domain / workspace?
5. A/B Testing?
6. Updating a template reflected in all future emails?
7. Snippets/Global Text?
8. Email Scheduling for optimal delivery times?
9. May an automation "move" contacts into a different automation?
10. Automation Triggered by Page Visits (WordPress plugin)?
12. Webhooks for HTML forms or not integrated Apps?
13. Downloadable Stats Reports?
14. Team Limited Access to workspace?
15. Team Activity Tracking?

Jan 6, 2025A: Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in Dynosend and for taking the time to explore the application! Iâm happy to clarify your questions:
1- Currently, each audience has one web form. However, this is set to change in Q2 of this year, allowing multiple web forms to be created per audience.
2- Yes, submitting the web form again will update the existing custom field data for that contact. You can also use the preference update page with liquid tags for the same purpose.
3- Yes, unsubscribed contacts can resubscribe by submitting a web form except if they are blacklisted for any reason (e.g. bounced emails).
4- Unsubscribes are limited to the audience where the contact unsubscribed. If the contact exists in another audience, their status remains unaffected there.
5- A/B testing is not available yet but is on our roadmap and will be introduced in a future update.
6- Templates created in the template manager can be reused for future campaigns or automation emails.
7- Currently, we support liquid tags based on contact data within an audience. However, Objects are coming soon, allowing you to import account-level reusable data or manually create snippets.
8- Email scheduling is currently available for campaigns based on date, time, and timezone. Adding intelligent scheduling for optimal delivery times is a great suggestion and will be added to the roadmap.
9- Automations currently cannot trigger other automations. However, this is something we are considering for future development especially if it is very helpful.
10- Triggering automations with page visits isnât available yet. However, weâre currently working on a solution to track contact visits to verified domains, and you'll be notified once it enters beta testing. This will open the door to using such feature for triggering automations or using it as conditions.
11- While we donât currently support incoming webhooks, you can use our API to send data through it from an application of your choice.
12- Downloading stats is not available for now, but it is in the roadmap and it should be available in the following weeks.
13- At present, team members have account-wide access, restricted by their roles. With the upcoming Q2 update introducing workspaces, youâll be able to restrict access to specific workspaces.
14- Yes, you can track team activity by reviewing the overview page for each team member under "Team Members."
All mentioned features are either available or planned, and your feedback is very appreciated to shape our roadmap.
If you have any further questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out!
Thank you very much.
Hi Yacef,
thanks! A couple of details for further clarification:
6. Example: changing the footer of a template, will all emails built on that template have the new footer from then on?
9. Ex: John is receiving a prospect-sequence (autom1). John buys a product. A Tag is changed. Does he exit the autom1 and go to customer-seq. (autom2)?
11. webhooks: urgent-necessary, though pabbly, might help!

Hello again,
I'll be happy to answer your questions.
6- Editing a template from the template manager will not change the current configured emails or campaigns since they copy the content of that template before configuration. If you need to, you can simply make the changes, head to each campaign, click to change the template, and select it again, this will copy the new changes.

9- You can achieve this approach by having 2 automations, one with a specific trigger of your liking and add a tagging action to tag customers who made a purchase, and a second automation that gets triggered with a tag trigger checking for that specific tag. There is no need to exit contacts from the automation, what only matters is they get tagged, but you can still exit them if you want to.

11- The pabbly integration is currently in development, it is taking a bit longer than expected because their system does not fully align with Dynosend's features, but it is coming soon.
Let me know if you have any more questions,
Thank you very much.
