Q: How do you maintain your sender reputation if you're not requiring double opt-in?

I'm asking because of we decide to use your service for actual business emails, then I don't want my emails to go into Spam. Let me know. Thanks.

A: Hello,

Dynosend is designed as a customer engagement platform rather than a traditional email marketing tool. Most of our customers integrate it with their own software via API and already have consent from their contacts. However, some users outside our ideal customer profile (ICP) use Dynosend for email marketing. In those cases, they can enable double opt-in to ensure compliance (optional).

We enforce strict anti-spam policies. Customers with unusually low engagement are placed on separate IP pools to protect the deliverability of active users. We also suspend or terminate accounts if we detect any activity that could harm our IP reputation, which may explain the negative reviews on this deal.

Some emails go to spam even with famous services like Sendgrid, especially if the email itself is poorly crafted or contains spammy content, but for the things that are in our hands, we do our best to prevent that from happening.

If your contact list is clean and you follow email marketing best practices, Dynosend can be an excellent choice, and we are committed to maintaining strong deliverability for your campaigns.

You can start a free trial and send a test campaign to evaluate Dynosend's deliverability for yourself. For the most accurate comparison, try replicating the same campaign you’ve used with another service to compare the two.

I hope this answers your question.
Thank you.
